I am an Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor with a real passion to walk alongside people that may feel lost or overwhelmed. I offer a non-judgmental, safe space to explore any challenges and difficulties you may be facing. Bringing years of experience working creatively within Mental Health support, especially around early trauma and attachment, together, we can work through tough situations, always with your well-being in mind.

If you are a foster family navigating the complexities of therapeutic parenting, you’ll find support rooted in trauma-informed care. For adults, working through anxiety, depression, bereavement, or feeling stuck, we’ll walk side by side, finding a way forward that’s right for you.

You may be looking for someone who understands the core conditions of empathy and unconditional positive regard. My Counselling training and life experience as a mother, wife , drama teacher and Counsellor has equipped me with the tools to support you to thrive. Having worked on a Rape Crisis Helpline, within adult bereavement, a young person mental health charity and more recently with foster carers navigating developmental trauma, my goal is always to help you feel supported and empowered. Your journey to wholeness and healing is unique, and I would love the opportunity to walk with you on that path.

My qualifications include a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling, a Diploma in Children in the Workforce, Online and Clinical Supervision Training, DDP, Safeguarding, Supporting Suicide, and numerous professional development courses.

I hold an enhanced DBS and full insurance through Holistic, and I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling Professionals).
