My counselling approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques to best meet the individual needs of each client. Central to my practice is the belief that healing and personal growth come from the integration of mind, body, and spirit. As a Christian therapist, my faith plays a foundational role in the work I do. I incorporate Christian values such as compassion, hope, and grace into sessions, offering a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges.

I have gained valuable counselling experience while working with adults and children facing diverse mental health issues, which has deepened my understanding of the unique struggles each person may encounter. My work with Darlington Mind and currently at Godivas Counselling Home has equipped me with the skills to support individuals with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship, recognizing that genuine change happens in a space of empathy and acceptance.

For every client, I ensure the therapy remains client-centered and tailored to each person’s values and beliefs. My aim is to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their journey towards healing and wholeness. I look forward to supporting you in your mental wellbeing Journey.
