Searching for support can feel very overwhelming and can evoke a lot of difficult emotions. However, the willingness to face yourself is one of the bravest challenges you can undertake. As a counsellor, I believe it is fundamental to create a compassionate, warm, and safe space for you to explore yourself and your problems. My aim is to help you leave sessions feeling heard, understood, accepted, and with greater clarity. I endeavour to create an honest, individual, and meaningful therapeutic relationship with you. Our sessions will always be centred around your needs, interests, and preferences.

I hold a master’s degree in counselling and a master’s degree in psychology and am BACP registered. I integrate counselling with creative interventions (e.g., sandtray, art, music, movement), psychoeducation, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural techniques. I work with adults and adolescents within educational, care, mental health settings and privately.

If you are interested in taking the first step, I am available via email or telephone. Sessions take place online. Early, evening and weekend appointments are available. I consider my role as a privilege and will never taken your trust for granted. I look forward to hearing from you.
