I specialise in supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, and emotional or behavioural challenges. My expertise includes working with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. As a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, I have specialised training and experience in working with neurodivergent individuals.

I understand that the world of counselling can be filled with different approaches and confusing jargon. My aim is to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible for you.

With extensive experience working on online platforms, I offer a flexible and convenient approach to therapy. I utilise an integrative approach, drawing from various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centred therapy, and Systemic therapy. This means we will work together to find the best approach that suits your individual needs and goals. By incorporating different techniques, I can help you explore and understand your emotions, develop coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels comfortable and effective for you.

Counselling isn’t about providing quick fixes; it’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through personalised online sessions, I will guide you in harnessing your strengths, developing coping strategies, and fostering a positive mindset that will serve you during and beyond our work together.

Whatever challenges you are facing right now, I admire you for taking the first steps to find the right support. Your courage and self-awareness are great strengths.

Thank you for taking the time to read this brief information about me. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you feel I can help and support you on your journey. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
