Being from an ethnic minority background myself, I can offer culturally sensitive counselling that respects and understands the unique challenges faced by ethnic minorities. Addressing issues related to identity, discrimination, and cultural integration. In addition to this, I will support you in understanding and resolving conflicts in relationships. Enhancing communication skills and fostering healthier, more fulfilling connections.

I am particularly interested in working with mothers and providing support through the various stages of motherhood, from pregnancy to parenting. Addressing concerns related to maternal mental health, work-life balance, and self-identity.
