I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that I am trained in Psychodynamics, CBT and Humanistic approaches. Knowing that every client is unique I have a wide variety of counselling techniques that are adaptable to meet your specific requirements.

I have experience with a wide range of conditions and clients and aim to work along side you in creating a brighter and positive future.

From my own experience seeking counselling and finding the right counsellor can be a daunting task but it can be the first step to change. I hope to help you reach your goals or gain a deeper understanding into things that you may have experienced or find difficult.

My Approach: I offer a safe environment where you will not be judged. This gives you the opportunity to off load while gaining acceptance of who you are. It also allows you to reconnect with your own values and sense of self-worth. Reconnecting with your inner self helps to find your own way to move forward and reach your goals.
