Mika Felstead

I am an accredited Counsellor in the UK with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & coping with life changes, as well as day to day worries.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am a Pluralistic counsellor, which means each session is all about you and what you want to bring to it and then finding different ways of working to help move forward. We will work through the challenges you are facing at your pace and in a safe and confidential environment. I am here to listen not to judge.

I am a member of the NCPS, and I abide their code of ethics. I am also committed to CPD (Continuing Professional Development and have regular supervision.

I am a flexible counsellor, so you don’t need to have the same session time and day each week, as with shift patterns I know this is not always an option.
