Hello, I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and registered counsellor with over 20 years of experience in both time-limited and long-term counselling/psychotherapy gained in the NHS, voluntary and private sectors including individual, couple and groupwork.

I have substantial experience in providing clinical assessments for counselling/psychotherapy and an in-depth understanding of psychodynamic and humanistic schools of therapy.

I have solid training and experience of working with clients with enduring mental health problems such as bipolar or personality disorders.

I am committed and experienced in working with clients of different and diverse backgrounds and cultures, with an understanding and good record of working successfully with neurodivergent clients.

I am also experienced in working with couples from both straight and LGBTQ+ communities.
