My name is Emma, I enjoy running, walking, and being in nature. I am a spiritual enthusiast who is enthusiastic about meditation, reiki, yoga and self-care.

I am passionate about providing a safe and non-judgemental space for individuals to explore their emotions and find healing. As an integrative holistic therapist, I believe that not one type of therapy fits all, therefore bringing in techniques from different modalities of therapy. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a compassionate understanding of each client’s unique journey.

I am able to work with clients on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work issues, relationship issues, health issues, stress, emotional abuse, bereavement, trauma, self-harm, OCD and many more.

My counselling approach is rooted in empathy, care, compassion, open communication, understanding, active listening, and personalized strategies to help you explore and navigate the difficult feelings and emotions that may arise. I will walk alongside you with any issues that you are carrying, and together we will find the best solution that is right for you.
