Since 2021, I’ve been supporting people through loss in a hospice, helping them navigate the complex emotions that can arise — from sadness and anxiety to changes in relationships and daily life. I also understand the pressures of a high-stress workplace, having spent 15 years in a corporate environment myself, so I know how constant demands and workplace anxiety can affect your well-being.

Through our sessions, you can begin to reconnect with yourself, understand your emotions more deeply, and develop ways of coping that feel sustainable. With time and reflection, you may start to feel more confident, rebuild connections with others, and explore what feels meaningful to you.
