Hi, I’m John, a person-centred therapist offering a calm, non-judgemental space for you to explore what matters to you.

I work with adults, young people, and children, supporting those navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-harm, and experiences of neurodivergence. My approach is relational, creative, and grounded in genuine presence. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, human, and meaningful.

Clients often tell me they appreciate being met with warmth and care, without pressure to be anyone but themselves. Whether we talk, create, move, or simply sit with what’s present, I aim to support you in making sense of your world at your own pace.

I’ve worked in schools, charities, social care, and community settings, and also offer online and telephone sessions for those who prefer remote support.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone—and you’re very welcome here.
