Hello, my name is Louise.

I support both adults and young people who are experiencing difficulties following either a historic or current situation. I have helped in navigating their feelings and situation.

Clients have wanted support around many issues including anxiety, depression and loss, to help them be able to function in a healthier way. Having significant experience in supporting both adults and young people for a wide range of presenting issues, I am able to help people with their needs, feelings and experiences.

Offering a safe and non-judgemental space can help clients in a positive way. If you are wanting to gain help and support, I can help with this journey. My goal is to help clients to hear their inner voice and gain trust and empowerment within themselves.

I have experience of supporting Young People and Adults within Education, Social Care and IAPT services.

Reaching out for support is often a daunting task, but if you do, I will help support you in navigating your situation while offering a non-judgemental and safe environment, to help enable you to reach your goal.
